The 1797-IE8NF has 16-bit resolution. It has accuracy of 0.1% of output signal range at 20 °C (68 °F and temperature drift of 0.05%/C of output signal range. The module's functional data range is >15V @ 22 mA and >21.5V @ 0 mA.

The 1797-IE8NF is designed for installation in Class I Division 1 & 2, Groups A-D hazardous areas, North American Class I Zone 1 & 2, Groups IIC, IIB, & IIA hazardous areas, and European Zones 1, 2, and 22.
