The Allen-Bradley 1336-RFB-30-A4 drive filter is a part that provides a 3-phase, Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) adjustable frequency power output which in turn offers an adjustable motor speed. It has a voltage tolerance of -10% of minimum and +10% of maximum and its frequency tolerance is 48-62 Hz. It has input phases of 3-phase input power which offers the total rating for all drives. Single-phase operation can be achieved for A & B frame drives at a 50% derating in output. As for the displacement power factor, A1-A3 frame drives is 0.8 standard or 0.95 with the optional inductor; A4 frame & above is 0.95 standard. Its efficiency is 97.5% at rated Amps. The 1336-RFB-30-A4 has a planner construction feature that enhances reliability by eliminating many of the internal connectors and cables. Its laminar bus design removes internal inductance, therefore eliminating snubber losses and the enhancing performance of the IGBT. It has a removable human-machine interface which offers flexibility and easy programming of operations. The thermal dissipation management feature reduces heat to maximize reliability.

core function

1336-RFB-30-A-4 is a 30-meter long-distance fiber optic communication module for Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS series inverters, designed for long-distance anti-interference communication in industrial environments. The module connects the inverter and the control system through optical fiber media to achieve electrical isolation and high-speed data exchange, and is suitable for harsh industrial scenarios with strong electromagnetic interference or electrical isolation.
1. Long-distance reliable communication
Supports a fiber optic communication distance of up to 30 meters, completely solving the problems of signal attenuation and electromagnetic interference in cable transmission. The duplex ST type optical fiber interface is used to ensure the stable transmission of data from multiple inverters in the motor group control system, which is particularly suitable for environments with strong electromagnetic noise such as steel mill rolling mills and mine conveyor belts.
2. Real-time control and monitoring
Transmit the complete inverter control signal (start/stop/speed setting) and status feedback (current/fault code) through the optical fiber link, with a delay of less than 2ms. Supports full-function parameter reading and writing of 1336 PLUS inverters, and engineers can directly complete parameter debugging and real-time monitoring in the control room to improve maintenance efficiency.
3. Industrial-grade protection design
The module housing meets the IP20 protection level, has built-in surge protection and photoelectric isolation circuits, and can withstand -40℃~70℃ operating temperatures. The unique fiber core alignment technology ensures stable connection in a vibration environment (15G shock), and has passed UL/CE industrial environment certification.
