In terms of equipment health diagnosis, it can automatically identify 9 typical faults such as imbalance, misalignment, and bearing wear, detect early bearing defects with the help of envelope demodulation technology, and provide support for predictive maintenance through trend analysis (storing 100,000 sets of historical data) and AI model-based remaining life prediction algorithm.

At the same time, the device adopts industrial-grade reliable architecture and flexible communication design. The hardware is equipped with dual-channel redundant input, supports dual eddy current sensor access, passes MIL-STD-810G shock resistance certification (50G peak), has an operating temperature range of -40℃~+85℃, and an optional explosion-proof version, using intrinsically safe circuit design (compliant with ATEX/IECEx standards). At the system integration level, it supports Modbus TCP/RTU protocol by default, can activate OPC UA protocol, provides 4~20mA programmable analog output and 2-way 250VAC/5A relay alarm output, and is suitable for various industrial automation systems.
