The 1769-PB2 is a CompactLogix I/O power supply. This power supply acts as an I/O power supply, which may be mounted in a CompactLogix rack or to the expansion I/O bank. This power supply is capable of providing power to both left and right side, allowing Eight (8) modules to be installed on each side for a maximum of Sixteen (16) modules, overall.
The 1769-PB2 has an input voltage rating of 19.2-31.2VDc with nominal voltage of 24VDC. Once supplied with the appropriate input voltage, the 1769-PB2 is capable of providing an output current of 2.0 A @ 5VDC and 0.8A @ 24VDC. This module is designed to withstand an inrush current of 30 A @ 31.2V DC.
The 1769-PB2 has a power consumption of 50 VA @ 24V DC and power dissipation of 7.5 W @ 60° C (140° F). It has an internally installed fuse for protection. Compatible fuse are Wickmann 19193-6.3A and Littelfuse 021706.3MXP.
