The 122972 is a feedback PCB board designed and manufactured by Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley. The 122972 can operate with a voltage as low as 300 Volts and one as high as 575 Volts AC. The board is a Spare Part (SP) under the 1395 family of replacement parts. Connections to the 122972 are made using an onboard terminal block, allowing interfacing with the main control board and other devices on the industrial floor. Only one 122972 can be used in a single drive. The 122972 is usable with Allen-Bradley drives that have an amperage rating of 1350 Amps plus a voltage rating of 460 Volts. Additionally, the 122972 can be used with drives with a current rating of 2250 Amps and a voltage of 460 Volts AC.

Adopt triple isolation technology (input/output/power isolation, isolation voltage 2500Vrms) to effectively suppress ground loop interference and electromagnetic noise. Passed EN 61326 EMC certification, suitable for strong interference environments such as inverters and high-power motors. The module's wide temperature design (-40℃~85℃) and dustproof structure (IP20) ensure long-term stability under harsh working conditions.

Intelligent diagnosis and flexible configuration
Provides channel-level disconnection/overrange detection function, and real-time alarm through LED indicator. Supports HART protocol communication, and can remotely configure the range, filter parameters and diagnostic thresholds through the host computer. The modular design allows hot-swap replacement and is compatible with mainstream DCS/PLC systems (such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens), significantly reducing maintenance costs.
