Steps Overview

1. Probe Positioning:The installation gap (Gap) needs to be calibrated according to the target material (usually 0.8-1.2mm, refer to the factory curve).Use a micrometer or calibrator to adjust the distance between the probe and the shaft surface.
2. Fixing Bracket:Use a rigid bracket to fix the probe to avoid vibration causing measurement deviation.Ensure that the probe axis is perpendicular to the shaft surface (error <±5°).
3. Cable Routing:Shielded cables should be kept away from power lines to reduce interference.Cable bending radius ≥50mm to avoid damage.
4. System Verification:After connecting the preamplifier (such as 3300 XL), verify the signal output through an oscilloscope or monitoring system.

Tool Requirement:Calibrator, multimeter, torque wrench (fixing screws usually require 5-7 N·m).
