The Bently Nevada 330881-16-00-395-06-02 is a metric, all-in-one proximity sensor assembly from the PROXPAC XL series. It innovatively integrates the 3300 XL 8mm eddy-current probe and the Proximitor sensor into a single housing, creating a compact monitoring unit that eliminates the need for extension cables.
The breakthrough 395mm ultra-long probe design easily penetrates deep equipment cavities or enclosed structures, solving the monitoring challenge of traditional short probes. The housing is constructed of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) thermoplastic reinforced with glass and conductive fibers. Not only is it only one-third the weight of traditional metal housings, it also offers excellent anti-static and corrosion resistance, achieving an IP66/Type 4X rating and is resistant to dust and high-pressure spray. As a completely independent monitoring system, it eliminates the complex wiring between the probe and the preamplifier in the split solution. It is particularly suitable for deep-buried shaft system monitoring of large rotating machinery, providing stable and reliable vibration and displacement data for equipment fault early warning.
