Technical Information

The IC200UDD104 Micro PLC module is a modular, rugged, 14-point programmable logic controller designed by GE Fanuc. It comes with 8 DC inputs, 4 low-current DC transistor outputs and 2 high-current DC transistors for a total of six 24 Volts DC transistor outputs. All the outputs switch the positive logic and they are isolated between the field and logic sides. Fast fuses are recommended for use as the external fusing for protecting the outputs. The IC200UDD104 Micro PLC module has a run/stop mode switch that is used to configure the run and stop operations of the module. The input and output terminals are located on a removable terminal strip which comes with a protective cover.
The IC200UDD104 Micro PLC module can be used as a high-speed counter module for pulse operation. The built-in high-speed counters on the module serve a range of industrial applications such as velocity measurements and motion control applications. For positive and negative edge detection, the Type A counter can be used. The A Quad B function is provided by the Type B counters. Some of the features of the module are 2 analog potentiometers, the fully featured programming instruction set with floating-point math, the run/stop mode switch, and the non-volatile flash memory program storage. The IC200UDD104 Micro PLC module can be configured to read configurations from either the RAM or ROM flash memory at power-up. The outputs have 12/24 Volts of load voltage, 5 kilohertz of maximum PWM frequency, and 4 pulse outputs in different types such as the HSC, PT, and PWM types. It comes with a variety of features and communication options to meet different control application needs.
