The confirmed minimum software condition is Safety Manager SC release R200.2 or higher. Before replacement, verify the installed release, redundancy arrangement, FC-TCNT11 IOTA and carrier configuration, hardware revision and project change procedure. DNP3 outstation functionality requires FC-SCNT02 and the applicable Safety Builder license; replacing the controller alone does not enable that feature.
