The Allen-Bradley 1756-IB32 module is a ControlLogix series digital input module with 32 input channels. The 1756-IB32 digital input module uses DC voltage to operate, and its operating voltage range is from 10 to 31.2 Volts DC. It also supports 12 to 24 Volts DC sink voltage. The current ratings for the 1756-IB32 digital input module include 5.5 milliamps of maximum operating current, 1.5 milliamps of maximum off-state input current, 120 milliamps of maximum backplane current at a voltage of 5 Volts DC, 100 milliamps of maximum backplane current at a voltage 5.1 Volts DC, and 2 milliamps of maximum backplane current at a voltage of 24 Volts DC.

The Allen-Bradley 1756-IB32 is a High-Density Discrete input module that belongs to the ControlLogix product family of Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC). This module features Thirty-Two (32) input channels, grouped in Two (2) with Sixteen (16) channels each group.

This module is shipped with a Removable Terminal Block (RTB). This RTB enables modular replacement of a defective module an provides ease of wiring the signals. Compatible RTB for this module are 1756-TBCH 1756-TBS6H or a 36-terminal RTB.
