Description
This panel mount drive comes with an IP20, NEMA/UL open type of enclosure with a B frame size. It enhances motor control performance with a wide variety of industrial applications such as fans, pumps, conveyors, machine tools, and material handling systems. The StepLogic feature of the 22B-D6P0N104 drive allows it to operate as an independent position controller. By using the Logix control platform, it promotes premier integration with simplified parameter and tag programming and with greatly reduced development time. The 22B-D6P0N104 AC drive is CE-marked and it has UL, CUL, EAC, and KCC approvals. It provides a robust Class 10 level of motor protection with an overload protection rating of 150% for 60 seconds, and one of 200% for 3 seconds. It has a 200% hardware limit and 300% instantaneous fault for safety against overcurrent. It has a minimum control ride-through time of 0.5 seconds. Reliable operation while starting and running is ensured with the ground fault protection feature. Because its MOV is movable to the ground, it is also compatible with ungrounded systems. Plus, it comes with an internal brake IGBT device, which is a brake resistor with dynamic braking capability.
With Volts / Hertz control, motor frequency is kept in proportion to the voltage, producing excellent speed control capability and costant Torque. With Sensorless Vector Control, high-starting torque can be achieved as well as varying torque across the entire drive's operating speed. High torque at load speed may also be achieved, making the drive compatible with general purpose applications as well as in applications that have varying loads. Additionally, the drive supports Process PID feature, which allow the drive to act as a stand-alone process controller to maintain fully automatic control of process. It also supports StepLogic function that enables the drive to perform position controller functionalities.
