The Bently Nevada 3500/94M VGA Display Monitor uses a standard color VGA monitor with Touch Screen technology to display 3500 data. This product has three components, the 3500/94M VGA Display module, its associated I/O module, and the VGA display monitor. The display monitor, with standard cables, can be mounted up to 6.1 m (20 ft) from the rack.
The 3500/94M modules are configured through the 3500 Rack Configuration Software. You can configure up to nine custom screens. By default, one bargraph screen shows all of the 1Xfiltered vibration measurements, while another shows the proximity transducer Gap values. Custom screens may be organized into machine train groupings. You can organize system data into any pages on the custom screen.

Bently Nevada 3500/94M (model: 184826-01), as the core module of the 3500 series monitoring system, is a 4-channel relay module mainly used for protection monitoring of industrial equipment. It has 4 independent relay outputs (Form-C dry contacts), each channel can be individually configured with normally open/normally closed switching and fail-safe mode (such as power-on activation or power-off activation), the relay rating is usually 30VDC/5A or 250VAC/2A, suitable for controlling external circuits or alarm devices.

This module can be integrated into the 3500 framework (such as 3500/15 or 3500/20), and receives alarm signals from other monitoring modules (such as vibration and temperature modules) through backplane communication to trigger relay action. It supports the use of 3500 framework configuration software to program and define trigger logic (such as alarm threshold, delay, etc.). In terms of alarm protection function, each channel can be associated with multiple monitoring parameters (such as vibration limit, overtemperature, shaft displacement alarm, etc.), and supports delay setting (to avoid instantaneous false triggering) and self-locking function (manual reset required).

The LEDs on the front panel of the module can display the activation/inactivation status and communication status of each relay in real time, support health monitoring, and diagnose the operating status through software or framework interface. Its design complies with API 670 (machine protection standard) and ISO 10816 (vibration monitoring standard), and is suitable for harsh environments (wide temperature range, anti-electromagnetic interference). Typical applications include triggering shutdown signals or sound and light alarms, controlling auxiliary equipment (such as lubrication systems, ventilation fans), and linking with DCS/PLC systems to achieve automatic protection.
