The IC695CPE400 is a Rackless Central Processing Units (CPU). It is part of the PACSystem RX3i platform, currently under Emerson Automation, formerly produced by GE Intelligent Platforms (GE IP). This CPU is a DIN rail mount device that comes with a quad-core microprocessor and 64 Mbytes of configurable data and program memory, supporting up to 768 Program Blocks with each having a maximum size of 128 bytes.

About IC695CPE400 Product Description
IC695CPE400 provides communication and analytics by leveraging a platform called Field Agent as a hypervisor. Field Agent enables the controller to interact with applications that can be either edge-based or cloud-based. In other words, the controller works equally well with applications that perform computations at the sensor level or "edge" of the network, and applications that parse data on remote servers. Firmware in IC695CPE400 uses an Ethernet port to automatically upgrade itself on power-up as needed. The controller has 64 MB of RAM and 64 MB of non-volatile flash memory. IC695CPE400 can use an optional energy pack (IC695ACC403) as a memory backup mechanism. With that energy pack, when unexpected fluctuations or outages cause the system to lose power, the controller preserves your data by writing it from short-term memory to long-term memory, where it can be recovered when power is restored.
