The Shandong Rockmason Smart Factory leverages this platform to reduce annual CO2 emissions by 600 tons and achieve 100% carbon offsetting with renewable energy.

 

Digital Microgrid Solutions Set a Zero-Carbon Benchmark

In Nanjing, Siemens CNC Co., Ltd. deployed Smart ECX and SICAM A8000 to achieve global monitoring of factory energy flows, carbon footprint analysis, and dynamic optimization of sources, grids, loads, and storage. The newly built factory saves 5.06 million kWh of electricity, 6,286 cubic meters of water, and reduces carbon emissions by 3,325 tons annually. The platform provides real-time power load forecasting, effectively improving green electricity consumption and operational efficiency, demonstrating a practical example of AI-enabled "zero-carbon factories."

Smart Cooling Cube AI Box Enables Efficient Cooling Management

Targeting high-energy consumption in cooling rooms, Siemens has launched the Smart Cooling Cube AI Box. Integrating edge computing and AI algorithms, it automatically optimizes the operating status of equipment like air conditioners and chillers, reducing energy consumption by up to 26%. At the Beijing BSCE campus, this solution also enables "unmanned" operation of the equipment room, reducing the number of daily maintenance personnel from one to zero, significantly improving O&M efficiency and reducing labor costs.

 

Rapid Deployment, Multi-Scenario Replication and Promotion

The Smart Cooling Cube AI Box boasts rapid implementation within 3-4 days and is suitable for a variety of energy-intensive applications, including refrigeration, compressors, and elevators. It also features self-learning and continuous iteration, enabling unmanned energy-saving optimization. Siemens has also deployed related AI solutions in several leading projects, including the Beijing Solar Storage and Direct Flexibility Business Hall and the Changshu MOBO Park, to validate their universal applicability and replicability.
