Main Components Of AC Motor

1, Stator
The stator is an important component of an AC motor, consisting of an iron core and windings. Iron cores are usually made of materials such as silicon steel sheets or aluminum alloys, which have high magnetic conductivity and high electrical resistivity to reduce energy loss. The stator winding is made by winding wires around the iron core to generate a magnetic field, thereby starting the motor.
2, Rotor
The rotor is another important part, usually composed of a shaft, rotor core, and windings. Its main task is rotation to produce power that drives external devices. The rotor core and winding are fixed on the shaft, making it a whole.

3, Bearing
Bearings are mechanical components primarily used to support and position rotors and shafts. The inner and outer bearings of the electric motor are supported by the stator and rotor respectively, which can reduce the friction and resistance of the rotor, thereby improving the efficiency and lifespan of the motor.
4, Fan
A fan is the part of a motor used for heat dissipation, usually installed on the rotor of the motor and rotating with the rotation of the motor. When the motor is running, a large amount of heat energy will be generated. If it cannot be dissipated in time, it will cause damage to the motor. Therefore, the function of a fan is to take away heat energy.
In addition, AC motors also include other components such as capacitors, sensors, controllers, etc. Their respective functions cooperate with each other to enable AC motors to work effectively.
In summary, an AC motor is composed of a stator, rotor, bearings, fan, and other components. These components each have different functions and roles, and only when they work together can the AC motor operate efficiently, stably, and reliably.
